By accessing or using LeadHunter AI (“the Service”), operated by LeadHunter AI (“we”, “us”, “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.
LeadHunter AI is a SaaS platform that provides AI-powered lead generation, business data enrichment, and automated sales outreach services. The Service uses third-party APIs including Google Places, Hunter.io, Gmail, and Anthropic Claude to deliver functionality.
You must create an account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information during registration.

The Service offers Free, Starter, and Pro subscription tiers. Paid subscriptions are billed monthly via Stripe. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice.
Lead searches consume credits based on the number of leads requested. Credits are allocated according to your subscription tier and reset upon plan renewal. Unused credits do not roll over between billing periods unless otherwise stated.
The automated outreach feature sends emails on your behalf through your connected Gmail account. Our AI agent may automatically respond to replies, handle objections, propose meeting times, and book calendar events on your behalf based on campaign settings. You can pause or stop any campaign at any time from the campaigns dashboard. You are solely responsible for the content sent, compliance with anti-spam laws, and honouring unsubscribe requests. AI-generated content is provided as a tool; you retain full responsibility for all communications.
When you connect your Gmail account, we access your Gmail and Google Calendar only for the purposes of sending outreach emails, monitoring replies to your campaigns, and booking meetings when leads confirm a time. We do not read, store, or process emails unrelated to your campaigns. Email content is stored only for conversation tracking within campaigns and is deleted when you delete a campaign or disconnect your Gmail account. You can disconnect Gmail at any time from the Account settings page.
Business data is sourced from Google Places and Hunter.io. While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee that all contact information is current, complete, or error-free. Lead scores are AI-generated estimates and should not be the sole basis for business decisions.
The Service, including its design, code, and AI models, is owned by LeadHunter AI. You retain ownership of your data. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process your data as necessary to deliver the Service.
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time from the Account settings page. Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days unless retention is required by law.
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or an in-app notification. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
